I'm confused, Greg says this artwork was commissioned SOLELY for HIS FB Site, "Broken Wing' -" Broken Wing on the other hand saw the art work via deviant art and asked its creator, Peter Skiba if we can use his work for commercial purposes and he was gracious enough to donate the use thereof solely for the benefit of Broken Wing -- Greg Kevakian"

So, is it still ok to Download this particular 'Parrot Artwork' for personal use?

What do You mean personal use? You can put it on Your desktop. Nothing else ;)
If Broken Wing want to use it for some other things, please let me know.

Greg Kavakian has FB site 'Broken Wing' [link] ( over 2500 `members`!) 'The Parrot`is his main headline picture.
He claims he commissioned you to do it ``for his sole use``.

That didn`t make sense because you said ``ok for desktop.``
(I don`t plan to use your pic, just look at it as it`s spectacular!)

Yep, I see it! He's a sneaky dude! Thinks he's getting around
copyright law by altering your artwork.
Morally wrong,crook mentality at work there!

International copyright law says there is 'copyright infringement' if the original image is altered but still recognizable.

(Tak, ja to widzę! Jest podstępny dude! Myśli, że poruszanie się po
prawa autorskie prawa poprzez zmianę swojego dzieła.
Moralnie złe, mentalność oszustem w pracy tam!

Międzynarodowe prawo autorskie mówi, że jest "naruszenie praw autorskich" czy oryginalny obraz zostanie zmieniony, ale nadal rozpoznawalny.)
